We create content that looks considered, sounds intentional, and posts on schedule. We're looking for someone who can do all three. The Role This is a hybrid contract role combining content creation, publishing, and executive support. You'll capture on-site content for client accounts, including evening coverage at a Houston bar and lounge, and keep the agency running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and dependable. What's Included Each Month 4 on-site content sessions of 2-3 hours each at client locations Edited deliverables from each session

Publishing:

scheduling and posting for up to 3 client accounts according to the approved content calendar, with the next week's content scheduled by Sunday Executive support: up to 4 hours per week of scheduling, client follow-ups, shoot coordination, and asset organization, Content Planning Additional sessions beyond the monthly scope are compensated separately. What You Bring Portfolio of short-form social content; nightlife, hospitality, or event content is a plus Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and Instagram, TikTok & Meta including scheduling tools Excellent time management, with a track record of meeting deadlines Strong written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working in a lively nightlife environment Reliable transportation and evening availability (typically Thursday-Saturday) Must be 21 or older iPhone Pro Max and/or Camera Compensation $750/month flat rate, independent contractor To Apply Submit your resume and portfolio link.
