If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role serves as a critical operational partner, managing the flow of information, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives with minimal direction, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and brings a polished, professional approach to every task. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence three days per week, with a Monday through Friday schedule and occasional overtime.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to one manager, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling and operational needs Manage complex calendar coordination, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing appointments across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies Support position control number (PCN) and requisition (Req) creation as part of expanded administrative responsibilities Handle information requests, draft correspondence, and manage communications on behalf of the manager Partner with the broader administrative community to support team operations and ensure continuity of office functions Execute ad hoc administrative projects as business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and sound judgment Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
5-7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting managers or senior leaders Proven track record managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and processing expenses in a professional setting Experience operating in a fast-paced corporate environment with evolving priorities and competing demands Background supporting broader team operations and contributing to administrative initiatives beyond individual manager support Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel Exceptional calendar management skills, including experience handling complex, high-volume scheduling Demonstrated expertise in travel coordination and expense management Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished presence Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Quick learner who adapts readily to new tools, processes, and shifting priorities Collaborative team player who can build effective relationships across an administrative community Familiarity with PCN and requisition creation processes is a plus
