An Executive Assistant provides skilled administrative support for a company executive or professional staff at an organization. Schedules meetings, calls and travel, manages correspondence, handles outside information requests and staff communications; may assist with preparing presentations.
Executive Administrative Personal Assistant Manage Francine's calendar and travel, private and business events. A highly organized, resourceful person ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in Francine's life. The position, & our team is dynamic. Person must possess strong business and communication skills to interact with a variety of personal and job functions. In this unique role, you will work directly with Francine, gaining visibility to key initiatives and projects across our business and connected social life.
Responsibilities:
Strategically manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics, Provide best in class support to Francine throughout her back-to-back days, block time for most important priorities. Ensure Francine is prepared for professional meeting and events by soliciting agendas, drafting prep docs, creating itineraries, preparing payment for vendors. Coordinate intuitive, global travel itineraries, for Francine's trips, documents, reservations & personal appointments. Supervise, schedule contractors/vendors performing work at home/office. Serve as Operations manager for our business to communicate with our team to supervise ongoing projects. Serve as a right hand & confidante. Be proactive contributing to events and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of professional assistant or executive assistant experience.
Exceptionally detail oriented:
always follow up and close loops & keep a running open to-do weekly calendar
Great Communicator, Proactive, Hardworking Skills:
