A leading investment firm in Chicago is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. Executive Assistant:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and logistics Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed Support team-wide initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications of the
Executive Assistant:
5-7 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a professional services or financial environment Experience supporting investor relations (IR) activities is strongly preferred Proficiency in coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing detailed itineraries required Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal P - 20
