We are currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant and Client Experience Coordinator. Responsibilities Work with team and clients to manage all client service needs - addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly delivering a high-level experience Act as the primary liaison between the advisory team, clients, and the home office. Prepare advisor for each meeting Handle case notes, processing correspondence, maintaining client case files, and filing new statements, account forms and other materials as necessary. Maintain accurate client records and reporting Manage our client data system (CRM), including organization, client notes, reports, and future activities Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings to assess goals and provide updates on cases. Effectively communicate with the team prioritizing time-sensitive tasks. Tasks and other projects as they arise Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business administration Bachelor's degree in business, finance and/or equivalent work experience Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients Able to work both independently and on a team Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy Someone who can take initiative Ability to think critically and make informed decisions Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams (1/2026), Research & ranking provided by SHOOK® Research, LLC - Data as of 3/31/25.
