Role:

We are seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant / Production Coordinator to support a fast-moving theater production. This is not a task-based role. This is a thinking role. You will work directly with the Director/Producer to help manage communication, logistics, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate doesn't wait to be told what to do—they anticipate needs, stay two steps ahead, and create structure in fast-paced, creative environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and send clear, timely communication to cast and crew (updates, schedules, reminders) Prepare, track, and organize NDAs, contracts, and onboarding materials Anticipate upcoming needs (documents, schedules, materials) before being asked Run production-related errands (printing, pickups, supply runs) Maintain organized systems for files, cast information, and communications Track attendance, rehearsal flow, and logistical details Assist in coordinating rehearsals and supporting live production days Help the Director stay focused by managing moving pieces behind the scenes

Job Types:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
