Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to firm partners. This role required discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned partners, including heavy calendar management, travel coordination, etc. Screen and prioritize calls and emails and act as the point of contact for clients and opposing counsel Manage scheduling meetings, remind partners about said meetings, due dates, court dates, etc. Assist with client intake, engagement letters, new matter forms, etc. Maintain confidentiality of all firm and client information Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, IT, etc.) to support partners' needs. Anticipate partners needs Provide support on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to meet the needs of the Firm.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong Microsoft Office Suite and document management skills Excellent communication skills, organization and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize competing demands Professional demeanor, reliability and proactive work ethic Full-time, requiring occasional overtime as needed.
