Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Executive Assistant role based in Alpharetta, GA, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing incoming communications, drafting correspondence, maintaining confidential files, and preparing reports and presentations. The role will also involve processing and tracking expense reports, supporting special projects, coordinating internal and external meetings or events, and ensuring executives are prepared and informed for daily activities. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with other team members and departments to support smooth operations and efficient communication. Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and reconciling Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new software systems. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information. Previous experience supporting executives or senior leaders preferred; experience in healthcare or corporate environments is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
