Job Description

Seaside, Florida Full-time (approx. 35 hours per week) Pay commiserate with experience Hybrid working available Event access, flexible time off, and a varied role within a fast-paced boutique business We are a boutique luxury real estate brokerage based on 30A, supporting high-value listings, buyers, and exceptional client experiences across the Emerald Coast. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support our co-founders and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a key role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. What you'll be doing Diary and calendar management Inbox management and drafting professional client communications Meeting coordination and follow-up action tracking Task management across multiple projects and listings Listing preparation and administrative support Organising viewings, inspections, and contractor appointments Coordinating with buyers, sellers, vendors, and agents Maintaining records, timelines, and internal systems Helping ensure excellent client experience through thoughtful communication and follow-up Keeping everything and everyone moving in the right direction Supporting the work of the PR & Marketing Manager Why join us This is not a standard admin role—it is a true right-hand support position within a growing luxury real estate business where your work directly impacts the success of the team.
