Executive Assistant to
CEO Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000 base + 10% bonus
Benefits:
Fully paid health insurance for employee, 29 total days off (PTO, public, and floating holidays)
Work Arrangement:
In-office, with occasional work-from-home flexibility every few weeks

Must live within 30 minutes of the office Position Overview A newly appointed, easygoing CEO is seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a calm, professional, and drama-free environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a steady, mid-career EA who values consistency, autonomy, and a respectful workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive communications Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Occasionally support the Chief Customer Experience Officer as needed Ensure smooth day-to-day operations without micromanagement Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives at large organizations Strong organizational and communication skills Professional presentation and demeanor Comfortable in a low-pressure, high-trust environment Not seeking rapid advancement—ideal for someone who enjoys stability and consistency Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Interview Process Initial virtual interview with VP of HR Second interview with Chief of Staff Final onsite interviews scheduled for July 17-18
