This role combines administrative support, customer service, scheduling, and event coordination to help keep the business running smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients at the studio and provide excellent customer service. Manage bookings, calendars, and appointments. Conduct studio tours and explain studio policies. Respond to calls, emails, and social media inquiries. Assist with client check-ins, payments, and follow-ups. Coordinate event schedules and prepare for upcoming productions. Help organize and maintain studio and production equipment. Run business-related errands as needed. Support the owner with daily administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and time management abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software. Basic knowledge of photography/videography equipment and environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
