This role ensures seamless operations, manages executive priorities, and supports organizational efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage executive calendars, schedules, and priorities Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence and reports Generate reports and summarize data Maintain and archive documents Serve as liaison between executives, staff, and clients Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with facilities coordination and office operations Run business-related errands as needed
Who You Are:
High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred 10+ years of administrative experience including 3+ years of reporting to a executives Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong communication and writing ability Excellent organization and prioritization Valid Driver's License Why Join Jones Edmunds?
