Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to a group of leaders and their broader team. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level travel, and support ad hoc initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in executive support roles, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, operate independently, and manage competing priorities.

Not Required Responsibilities include overseeing calendar management and prioritization across multiple executives; coordinating detailed domestic and international travel itineraries; supporting meetings and events through logistics, materials preparation, and follow-ups; managing expense reporting and administrative tracking systems; serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; assisting with document preparation across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and providing occasional personal support and team coverage as needed. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail; a proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate needs; strong communication skills and professional judgment when handling sensitive information; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems; and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a "no task too small" attitude.
