Key Job Elements Provide C-level support for Senior Executives; Handle confidential material and sensitive data daily according to Caterpillar code of conduct; Maintain executive's calendar using Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings across multiple time zones; Manage domestic and complex international travel arrangements including visas and passports; General administrative duties including: answering phones, copies, faxing, mail, filing, and email; Multi-tasker and self-starter, operate daily with little or no direction; Analyze data and present reports when necessary; Weekly XM Infor Expense Management of domestic and international expense reporting; Coordinate on-site and remote training events, arrange facilities, hotel, IT logistics; Create and maintain Coupa (Finance system) purchase processes; Other executive assistant support and special projects as required.
Education / Training
High School degree, Bachelors Degree preferred; Minimum 2 years in administrative position with 3-5+ years preferred Qualifications and Experience Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Must be able to work well with all levels of the organization; Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities; Strong organizational skills; Excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail; Strong interpersonal skills; Proven written and verbal communication skills; Detail-oriented / sense of urgency / follow-through; Ability to take initiative, to work independently, and with confidentiality.
