Executive Assistant Atlantic Group - 3.6 Cambridge, MA Job Details Full-time | Contract $40 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Expense management Executive administrative support Attention to detail Microsoft Outlook Calendar Time management Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced professional environment. This individual will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information, and serve as a key partner in ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up action items Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives Support planning and coordination of internal meetings, events, and offsites Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion Track deadlines, projects, and deliverables to ensure timely completion Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and administrative documentation Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Experience coordinating travel and complex scheduling preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams Familiarity with expense management and reporting systems Experience in a fast-paced corporate, professional services, healthcare, or technology environment Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset #
INDBOS Pay:
$40.00 per hour
