Job Description

This is not a typical job. This is an opportunity to work directly with a business owner across real estate and multiple businesses , while learning how to run and improve operations using modern tools, including AI. If you're the type of person who likes to get things organized, take ownership, and be involved in more than just one narrow task, this role can turn into something much bigger. What You'll Be Doing Handle day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks
  • transactions, reconciliations, tracking) Manage bills, payments, and financial organization Coordinate real estate activities (rent tracking, CAM.
tenants, vendors) Keep multiple moving parts organized and on track Marketing for operational entities Support scheduling, follow-up, and general coordination Step in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly Help improve and simplify processes using AI and better systems over time Who This Is Perfect For You're organized and naturally take ownership You like figuring things out and improving how things work You want to learn, grow, and expand your skillset You don't want a boring, repetitive job You're comfortable using (or learning) tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and AI platforms Requirements Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping (required) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple responsibilities Willingness to learn and use AI tools to improve efficiency (required) Bonus If You Have Real estate or property management experience Experience supporting a business owner Strong communication and problem-solving skills What Success Looks Like Financials are clean and up to date Bills and payments are handled without oversight Operations run smoothly You become a trusted right-hand person Important We are not looking for someone to just "do tasks."
