7 - 10 Years Job Description GDS Associates, Inc. is a rapidly growing engineering consulting firm seeking a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to provide shared, high-level administrative and operational support to our C-suite leadership team based in our Marietta, GA office. This role is critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of senior executives and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership at a dynamic, growing organization. As an Executive Assistant at GDS Associates, you will play a visible and trusted role supporting executives who value professionalism, initiative, and high standards of excellence. You will gain meaningful exposure to high-impact, strategic work while helping shape how the leadership team operates during an exciting period of growth. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars; independently prioritize meeting requests and resolve conflicts Anticipate executive needs and tailor support to individual leadership styles and business priorities Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, investors, and key clients Coordinate Board of Directors and executive committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and final meeting minutes Support investor interactions, including data requests, meeting coordination, and follow-ups Track executive priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across the leadership team Assist with cross-functional initiatives, integrations, and strategic projects as needed Coordinate leadership offsite events and internal executive meetings Arrange and manage domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries Manage and reconcile executive expenses in accordance with company policies Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion Experience and Skills Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience 7+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives Experience in consulting, engineering, professional services, or private-equity-backed environments strongly preferred Demonstrated success supporting C-suite leaders in fast-paced, dynamic organizations Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Strong business judgment with the ability to operate independently and proactively Polished written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Unquestionable professionalism, discretion, and integrity Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with collaboration tools, virtual meeting platforms, and expense management systems Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies Work Environment & Requirements Hybrid role with a minimum of four days per week in the office, aligned to executive schedules Limited travel may be required to support executive meetings or company events Ability to perform standard office functions and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds Strict confidentiality required; Non-Disclosure Agreement mandatory GDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The typical salary range for this position is just one component of the firm's total compensation package.
