  • 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote | Contract-to-Hire The Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Metro Detroit area to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders across Finance and Legal.
This is a highly visible contract-to-hire opportunity for a polished, proactive, and highly organized professional who enjoys working closely with senior leadership. You'll serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, helping executives manage their time, priorities, and day-to-day commitments while gaining valuable exposure across the organization. What You'll Do Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars and priorities Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, effectively managing executive time and competing requests Coordinate executive travel, itineraries, and logistics Plan leadership meetings, off-sites, and team events from start to finish Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents Coordinate agendas, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up Manage executive expense reporting Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners Partner cross-functionally with key areas of the business Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and support special projects as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment Strong complex calendar management and executive gatekeeping experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience planning and coordinating executive meetings, leadership events, and off-sites from start to finish Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience Why This Opportunity?
