Who we are: EBITDA Growth Systems (EGS) is a private business consulting firm specializing in helping small- to medium-sized manufacturing companies increase profitability, scale efficiently, and prepare for high-value exits. EGS works with owners and leaders in advanced manufacturing, machining, aerospace, medical parts, and related trades. About the Role EGS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Principal/Owner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role, works well independently, and can manage shifting priorities with professionalism and sound judgment. The Administrative Assistant will help manage a high volume of email communication, scheduling, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting preparation, and light onboarding support. This person will support the Principal/Owner, and at times may assist other executives as needed.
In this role you will:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing emails Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities Arrange travel and meeting logistics Prepare meeting materials by reviewing documents and presentations Support expense reporting by collecting, organizing, and maintaining receipts Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires Respond to general requests and administrative needs Assist with document and spreadsheet development using Microsoft Office Word and/or Excel Provide day-to-day administrative support and special project assistance Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times You're likely to be a great fit if you: Have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Have prior experience supporting executive-level leadership Have strong skills in scheduling, written communication, organization, customer service and travel coordination Are proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, basic Excel, basic PowerPoint, Teams, and AI tools Can work with minimal oversight using strong independent judgment Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Are a strong proofreader with editing skills - paying attention to grammar and syntax Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Are highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to think quickly and proactively Our ideal candidate is: A polished and personable communicator Proactive and resourceful Highly organized Discreet and trustworthy Able to anticipate needs and follow through without being prompted Comfortable in a busy, evolving work environment The work environment This is a hybrid role in a small and growing company of ~15 employees. The Kentucky location is new and does not yet have a formal office in place, but one will be opening. The person in this role should be comfortable working a couple of days per week in the office and the remaining days from home.
