Job Description A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within fast-paced, front-office deal teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Hybrid schedule: Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday/Friday remote Competitive compensation and excellent benefitsSalary:
$110k-$125k + overtime + bonusResponsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with internal teams and external stakeholders Manage shifting priorities and time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment Arrange detailed global travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups Handle expense reporting and maintain accurate records Serve as a liaison to internal teams, investors, and external partners Support event planning, offsites, and team coordination efforts Assist with ad hoc projects and provide cross-team support as neededRequired Qualifications:
3-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders Prior experience in finance, investment, or similarly fast-paced environments strongly preferred Proven ability to manage complex calendars and juggle competing priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree preferred If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
