Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in high-volume kitchens. Proven experience managing staff and maintaining high standards throughout shifts. Strong passion for serving exceptional food. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to manage food, beverage, and labor costs while upholding required standards. Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation. Strong analytical skills, including budgetary and financial acumen. Chef de Cuisine Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee all operations and elements of the kitchen. Participate in hiring, supervising, scheduling, and training kitchen managers, chefs, and crew. Implement and maintain systems to ensure high food preparation and quality control standards, driving sales through exceptional guest experiences. Manage food costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses while effectively communicating with the team and supervisors. Lead by example in all product development initiatives. Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues, ensuring a highly organized and detail-oriented environment while managing multiple production areas
