Full-Time Position at $60,000+ Big Ideas Educational Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide direct day-to-day support to executive leadership. This position is designed for someone who can stay ahead of competing priorities, improve daily scheduling, manage follow-up, and help resolve routine issues in real time before they become larger problems. Primary Responsibilities Manage and optimize executive calendars and daily schedules. Identify scheduling conflicts, overlapping commitments, and unrealistic timelines before they occur. Answer and return calls on behalf of executive leadership as appropriate. Schedule meetings, appointments, calls, and follow-ups. Maintain a running list of outstanding tasks, commitments, and unresolved issues. Follow up with staff, vendors, schools, families, and other contacts when information or action is still pending. Make routine phone calls to quickly resolve issues that do not require executive involvement. Ensure commitments made by executive leadership are properly scheduled, communicated, and followed through. Help leadership prioritize urgent versus non-urgent matters throughout the day. Provide real-time administrative support when unexpected issues arise. Keep executives informed of deadlines, meetings, outstanding responses, and matters requiring decisions. Help reduce situations where tasks are delayed simply because no one has followed up or taken ownership. Protect executive time by handling appropriate administrative matters before escalating them. What We Need We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and dependable. Comfortable working directly with executive leadership. Proactive rather than waiting to be told every next step. Strong with follow-through and task ownership. Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally. Able to recognize when something can be handled independently and when it should be escalated. Able to manage several moving priorities without allowing important details to fall through the cracks. Discreet and able to handle confidential information. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day. Schedule & Growth The position will initially be approximately 4 hours per day at $25-$30 per hour . As the workload and responsibilities increase, the position has the potential to evolve into a full-time executive support role, offering compensation of approximately $60,000 or more, contingent upon responsibilities, performance, and organizational needs. The goal of this position is not simply to complete administrative tasks. The Executive Personal Assistant should help create structure around executive leadership so that schedules are realistic, commitments are followed through, communication happens promptly, and preventable issues are resolved before they interfere with operations. Flexible work from home options available.
