STARRSTRUCK
is looking for a sharp, organized, and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to help support the day to day operations of a reality style show production. This role is for someone who can help keep the creator, show, and moving pieces organized while making sure communication, scheduling, planning, and execution stay tight. You will work closely with the creator and core team to help manage logistics, coordinate priorities, track deadlines, and keep the overall operation moving. This is not a passive assistant role. We need someone proactive, detail oriented, resourceful, and able to handle fast paced creative environments. !
HIRED CANNIDATE WILL ALSO OWN PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL REVENUE OF THE SHOW
What You'll Be Doing Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the creator and show related priorities Help organize production timelines, internal planning documents, and key deadlines Coordinate communication between team members, vendors, talent, guests, and partners Track deliverables and make sure moving parts stay on schedule Assist with project management across episodes, challenges, casting related logistics, and show planning Take notes during meetings and turn them into clear action items Help manage administrative tasks, file organization, and internal systems Support with outreach, follow ups, confirmations, and keeping conversations organized Anticipate needs before they become problems and help keep the operation efficient Be a point of contact for day to day show related coordination and logistics What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable working in a fast moving creative or entertainment environment Able to manage sensitive information professionally and discreetly Strong problem solving skills and ability to think ahead Reliable, self directed, and highly proactive Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, calendars, email, and project management tools Experience supporting an executive, creator, producer, or startup style team is preferred Experience in entertainment, production, creator economy, media, or live events is a plus Ideal Candidate You know how to bring structure to chaos You are good at keeping talented people focused and organized You are not waiting to be told every little thing You can handle both admin work and fast moving creative coordination You understand that timing, communication, and follow through matter a lot in entertainment and content Responsibilities May Include Scheduling and calendar management Meeting coordination Travel and logistics support if needed Production assistance and coordination Talent and guest communication Deadline tracking Document and asset organization Vendor communication Internal operations support Task management and follow up Requirements Prior experience as an executive assistant, coordinator, production assistant, project coordinator, or similar role preferred Must be highly organized and responsive Must be able to work independently and communicate clearly Must be comfortable with flexible workflows in a growing entertainment environment Must be based in or able to work around Oklahoma City if in person support is needed Why This Role Matters This person will help create structure behind the scenes so the show can operate at a higher level. You will be helping support the engine of a growing reality style entertainment project and working closely with leadership as the brand and production expands.
