Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the Company Accomplished private equity firm Industry Venture Capital & Private Equity Type Private Equity Firm About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations of one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial performance, with a focus on transforming the business and significantly increasing EBITDA within a 3-5 year period. This will involve not only organic growth strategies but also the acquisition and integration of add-on businesses to enhance scale, product offerings, and market presence. The CFO will be a key player in the company's evolution, preparing it for a flexible exit strategy and ensuring that the financial aspects of the business are in line with the aggressive investment thesis.

The ideal CFO for this role will have a background in A&D manufacturing, with a proven track record of linking operational activities to financial outcomes. Experience in a private equity environment, including Board engagement and the execution of value creation plans, is essential. The candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting, with a history of leading M&A activities and a tenure of 15-25+ years in financial roles.
