Executive Assistant to the CEO Hybrid | Greenville, South Carolina (Remote + In-Person) Organized. Resourceful. One Step Ahead. Some people wait to be told what needs to be done. We're looking for an Executive Assistant who loves creating order out of chaos, can juggle ten things without breaking a sweat, and genuinely enjoys making someone else's life easier. You'll become the CEO's right hand, helping keep priorities moving, projects on track, and the business running smoothly. No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how you like it. About the Role This is a hybrid position based in Greenville, South Carolina. You'll split your time between working remotely and meeting in person as needed for planning sessions, meetings, events, and company initiatives. You'll work directly with the CEO across multiple businesses and projects, helping manage everything from schedules and travel to special projects and confidential communications. This isn't just an administrative role. You're a trusted partner who helps create bandwidth so the CEO can focus on growing the business. What You'll Be Doing Every week will be a little different, but responsibilities include: Managing an ever-changing calendar and protecting the CEO's time Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel Prioritizing emails and communications Following up on action items so nothing falls through the cracks Managing confidential documents and sensitive information Planning meetings, retreats, and company events Assisting with presentations, reports, and project coordination Researching vendors, products, and business opportunities Helping organize systems and improve workflows Supporting hiring, onboarding, and internal operations Being the person who remembers the things everyone else forgets You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
