Seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help support a local entrepreneur with business projects, communications, scheduling, research, and general coordination.
Responsibilities may include:
Making and receiving phone calls with attorneys, contractors, vendors, and other professionals Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments Following up on outstanding tasks and communications Organizing information, timelines, documents, and project details Researching vendors, service providers, and business opportunities Helping keep projects moving and ensuring follow-through The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional and confident on the phone Reliable and responsive Comfortable following up with people and obtaining answers Able to handle confidential and sensitive information Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks No prior assistant experience is required. Strong communication skills, organization, judgment, and follow-through are more important than a specific background.
