About the Role The Executive Assistant (EA) is the President's right hand, a trusted partner who ensures nothing slips through the cracks. This person will bring structure to creative chaos, manage donor pipeline logistics, and anticipate needs before they're spoken. Over time, the EA should develop an intuitive understanding of the President's communication style, donor relationships, and strategic focus areas, acting as a force multiplier for impact. The EA will also support other executive staff to the extent he or she has the capacity after prioritizing the President's requirements. EA would be on-site in the Las Vegas metro area 3 days per week to start. Strategic Support & Communication Manage and triage email, discerning which communications require personal attention versus delegated responses. Collate material to incorporate into her pitch deck Maintain and update talking points, backgrounders, and pitch materials tailored to individual donors or partners. Anticipate information or prepare materials for key meetings and events. Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders. Donor Pipeline & Relationship Management Support donor cultivation efforts by managing CRM or donor pipeline tools, tracking lead stages, and scheduling timely touchpoints. Conduct research and brief the President on prospective donors, partners, or funding organizations. Pre-qualify leads, schedule calls, and manage follow-up sequences before the President's personal involvement. Maintain meticulous records of donor interactions and ensure continuity across communications. Partner with the development and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and donor experience. Operational & Project Coordination Coordinate complex calendars, travel logistics, and event prep. Coordinate Support cross-functional projects that align with organizational growth, such as donor events, board initiatives, or partnerships. Track and summarize action items from meetings, ensuring timely execution. Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. Leadership Support & Culture Building Embody the organization's values of excellence, empathy, and adaptability. Ideal Candidate Traits Fiercely organized, detail-obsessed, and unflappable under shifting priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can flex between executive polish and donor warmth. Comfortable in tech-forward environments (CRM systems, project management tools, productivity apps). Naturally curious and relationally intuitive — can "read the room" and the President's mind. Thrives in ambiguity and builds clarity through systems and proactive communication.
