Personal Assistant Temecula, CA Hybrid (Remote + Office) $28-$35/hr DOE Full-Time Travel Required
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, seasoned Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role. This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate is someone who already knows how to operate — organized, proactive, tech-fluent, and capable of moving fast without sacrificing quality. You'll be a trusted extension of the executive's world, handling everything from logistics and scheduling to travel, errands, and special projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day personal and professional logistics Coordinate travel, itineraries, reservations, and related arrangements — and travel with the employer when needed, providing hands-on support at destination Handle personal errands, follow-ups, and time-sensitive requests with urgency and accuracy Anticipate needs, stay ahead of moving parts, and keep everything running smoothly without needing constant direction Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline tasks and increase efficiency Build and maintain organizational systems, trackers, and workflows that actually stick Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Based in or near the Temecula area (required) Prior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience required — this role hits the ground running Highly tech-savvy: fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Gmail) and comfortable picking up new tools quickly Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as part of everyday workflow to work smarter and faster Comfortable building and managing spreadsheets, trackers, and organizational systems from scratch Exceptional attention to detail — nothing falls through the cracks Creative problem solver who builds systems, not just completes tasks Positive attitude and genuine growth mindset — comfortable learning on the fly and adapting quickly Strong written and verbal communication; professional and polished in all interactions Handles shifting priorities with urgency and composure Available to travel domestically and internationally when needed Understands discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times — no exceptions
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with event coordination or event logistics Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge Client or vendor relations background Experience in operations, finance, or executive-level administrative support

COMPENSATION
$28-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Compensation is competitive for a candidate who brings the full package: professionalism, tech fluency, discretion, and the ability to operate independently at a high level.
