Your job is to breathe life into it every single day. Lead management — keeping leads moving through the CRM, nothing goes cold Seller follow-up — staying in communication with sellers on active leads Deal tracking — knowing where every deal stands and what the next step is Pulling comparables — we'll build training together, you don't need to be an expert on day one Online presence support — podcasts, YouTube, content creation is a bonus, wholesaling always comes first Beyond the wholesaling operation, you'll also support day-to-day business operations and occasionally help keep a entrepreneur organized on both the business and personal front — the kind of role where no two days look exactly the same. Real estate or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is that you're a fast learner who asks good questions and builds on what you're given.
