To Apply for this Job Click Here Legal Executive Assistant (Hybrid) A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant (LEA) to support attorneys by managing the day to day operations of their practice. This role serves as a trusted business partner, ensuring attorneys can focus on client relationships and practice development while maintaining efficiency, organization, and high quality work product. This position is available in multiple major U.S. markets and offers a hybrid work schedule . Key Responsibilities Manage attorney workflows, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams, handling communications and inquiries with professionalism and discretion Coordinate and oversee assignments to support staff, ensuring quality control and successful project outcomes Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations Support research efforts and assist with case preparation and executive briefings Oversee meeting logistics including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials coordination Manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate travel arrangements Handle billing processes, including pre bills, approvals, and client invoicing follow up Maintain records and support information governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Collaborate across teams and provide mentorship and guidance to support staff as needed Qualifications & Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality handling sensitive legal matters In depth understanding of legal processes, procedures, and documentation Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Strong problem solving skills and proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and cross functional teams Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous development Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with legal research tools and case management systems Familiarity with billing and accounting software within a legal environment Comfortable using third-party and emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools for document production and research Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology updates 1462273 MJD_1782315081 To Apply for this Job Click Here
