Description and Requirements The Opportunity The Executive Assistant position is responsible for providing an outstanding level of administrative expertise to support MetLife Investment Management's Private Equity and Direct Lending teams. The position will also be responsible for providing ad hoc support across the business as needed. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in an environment that requires frequent change. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for multiple individual team members, as well as members of the overall business on an ad hoc basis. Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and track reimbursement. Manage some office processes, including ordering supplies, managing catering requests, and onboarding new employees. Provide telephone support, with the ability to direct calls to appropriate resources and troubleshoot IT- related issues with Helpdesk and other internal resources.
Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, and internet skills. Strong Excel skills for creating and working with spreadsheets, data, and basic analytics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize opportunities to improve and stream-line processes Excellent organizational, time management skills, written and verbal communication skills Must be able to multi-task with a keen eye to detail and handle heavy flow of incoming and outgoing requests for meetings or information Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Insurance and Financial Services experience preferredSelf-starter:

Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is 70,000- 90,000 .
