Do you enjoy being the engine behind a growing business rather than being in the spotlight? We're looking for an energetic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to become the backbone of a top producing real estate business. You'll work directly with the owner to manage operations, oversee transactions, improve systems, coordinate marketing, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than an administrative role. We are looking for an operator, problem solver, and future leader who wants to help build and scale a business. Responsibilities Manage transactions from contract to close Maintain CRM and client database systems Coordinate vendors, clients, and business operations Support social media, print, and digital marketing Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes Keep projects organized and moving forward Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail oriented Strong communicator with a positive attitude Self starter who takes initiative and solves problems Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Technology savvy and eager to learn new systems Excited about growth and taking ownership Compensation & Schedule Starts part time, approximately 20 hours per week Hybrid position with in office and remote work Downtown Syracuse office $24 per hour, 1099 independent contractor Opportunity to quickly grow into a full time position with increased responsibility and performance incentives If you're looking for a role where your work directly impacts the success and growth of a business, we'd love to hear from you.
