Job Description

An opportunity to work within the real estate business at a high level without the challenges of commission or start-up time and costs. We are looking for a highly capable, growth-minded individual who can serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO while supporting day-to-day real estate team operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate ideas into actionable systems, and is energized by helping a growing business operate efficiently and at scale. They are comfortable working autonomously at times. The right person is highly organized, solutions-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling executive support alongside transaction coordination, client communication, and operational tasks. They bring strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to everything they do. Preference will be given to candidates who have real estate experience and proficiency in the tools our team uses daily. What will you do? Serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting day-to-day priorities and helping translate ideas into systems and execution Support a small real estate team with operations and aspects of transaction coordination Work in collaboration with another geographic market via Zoom and phone Attend various meetings with the CEO Add contacts to the database and schedule follow-up meetings Assist with agent and client communication Assist with data entry and research Creation and processing of real estate paperwork Execute client event planning and hosting in the NC market Assist with the execution of the marketing plan Assist with content creation, including recording and photographing, as directed by the CEO Overnight travel may be necessary on occasion for industry and trade conferences
Compensation:
$25 - $32 hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Executive assistant support to the CEO Team operations and transaction coordination support Database management and CRM maintenance Client, agent, and vendor communication Real estate paperwork creation and processing Data entry and research Event planning and hosting Marketing plan execution support Cross-market collaboration (remote, via Zoom and phone)
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills and Experience Real estate experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Follow Up Boss and HubSpot Strong Google Workspace and Excel skills Experience with AI productivity tools such as Tasklet Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent follow-through Ability to manage a database with a high level of detail and consistency Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-D CEO Learning-based, resourceful, and growth-minded Team player who can both lead and support as needed Key Attributes Highly organized Fast-moving and adaptable Strong executor Calm under pressure Professional and polished Loyal and trustworthy Committed to helping the business grow Communications/Interactions CEO — daily Agents/Buyers/Sellers — daily as needed Cross-market team — regularly via Zoom and phone Knowledge/Skills High school graduate Bachelor's degree preferred Real estate experience preferred 1-3 years of executive assistant or operations experience, preferably in real estate Compensation Compensation may include a combination of hourly rate, performance-based bonus, and 401(k) contributions. Health benefits are not currently offered. This is a part-time, somewhat hybrid role for the right candidate with opportunity for growth and advancement if desired and earned.
