Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts Coordinate briefings, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional engagements Prepare executive correspondence, communications, presentations, and meeting materials Track action items, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up activities Collect, organize, and synthesize program, budget, project, and operational updates for executive review
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, Vice Presidents, or leadership teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in Executive Administration, Project Coordination, Program Support, or Operational Support functions Strong experience in Executive Calendar Management and Scheduling Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Experience preparing executive briefings, presentations, and reports Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level correspondence Ability to track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities effectively
