POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree Valid driver's license and clean driving record Equivalent 2+ plus years B2B sales experience Professional Quiet Home-office setup environment with Computer, MS/Word/Excel/PPT Software, Printer, Internet (Wi-Fi), Phone & speaking clear fluent English and bilingual speaking is a plus.Preferred:

Compensation Base Hourly Pay-cycle Structure:
Monthly Basis on the 5th of each month.Compensation Commissions/Bonus's Pay-cycle Structure:

Double-Up Performance Pay Program Overview:
Employees earn a standard base hourly rate. At the end of each month, if they meet or exceed predefined sales goals and performance objectives, the company matches their base hourly rate for all hours worked that month — effectively doubling their pay for that period.How It Works:

If all targets are met or exceeded, the employee receives an additional payment equal to their total base pay for the month.Example:
