Executive Administrative Assistant - Marketing and Foundation 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Beaufort, SC 29902 Full-time Beaufort Memorial Hospital 172 reviews Full-time Performs a variety of administrative functions in a healthcare environment by supporting/assisting executive,managerial and professional employees by gathering information, preparing reports and correspondence, assisting and coordinating presentations, maintaining records and database management, providing guidance and developmental assistance on organizational and department procedures, taking meeting minutes and/or board minutes. Coordinate in-person, off-site, and virtual meetings (to include meeting location, necessary technology, catering, and attendees' schedules and calendars). Answers phones and directs callers, vendors, and/or employees as appropriate. Completes supply and restocking of supplies to include and special orders, printing/graphics, etc. Coordinates activities in support of hospital mission, vision, and core values. Expected to assist with organizational activities internally and externally to include after-hours events with advanced notice as requested. Cross-coverage of other Executive Administrative Assistants is required as directed as it pertains to the above and in support of c-suite executives. Depending on area assigned, may be responsible for some specific activities related, but not limited, to the following: Compliance, Quality, Patient Safety, and Patient Care Service Beaufort Physician Partners, Administrative Medical Services, Operations (Finance and Human Resources as needed).
Marketing and Foundation Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required. Strong organizational, computer and clerical experience required. Job -Specific Competencies:
Demonstrate and promote Beaufort Memorial's ("BMH") mission, vision, values and culture, both internally and externally Manage inquires, whether by telephone or in person as appropriate. Prepare materials for the meetings and board meetings Schedule meetings to include location, technology, catering, and attendee calendars as appropriate. Drafting meeting agendas and minutes, database management, word processing, managing excel spreadsheets and processing reimbursements request Upload and distribute contracts through online management system Must be able to maintain confidentiality with regards to hospital, employees and patients Must be detail oriented and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Other reasonable administrative assistant/clerical/project management duties as assignedSimilar remote jobs
