Personal/Executive Assistant Chattanooga Tech Company Chattanooga, TN Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Executive administrative support Attention to detail Delegation Time management Full Job Description Job Details Executive Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Calendar and Schedule Management Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for the CEO (wife), balancing business commitments, personal needs, family activities, and travel. Ensure smooth transitions between events, keeping the CEO prepared, informed, and punctual. Travel Coordination Arrange all aspects of travel for the CEO and family, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Occasionally accompany the CEO on trips to oversee schedules, logistics, and provide on-the-ground support. Correspondence and Communication Act as the main point of contact for the CEO in both personal and professional matters, handling email, phone, and text communication. Draft correspondence, prioritize requests, and manage follow-up actions, task lists, and status updates with exceptional attention to detail and tact. Confidentially relay complex and sensitive information on behalf of the CEO to internal teams, including directors, engineers, and technicians. Business and Event Support Assist in managing various business ventures, coordinating with external partners, clients, and agencies as needed. Support preparation, planning, and execution of events, meetings, conferences, and engagements, ensuring logistics are handled efficiently and communicated effectively. Family and Household Support Oversee planning for family-related activities, including scheduling classes, lessons, summer camps, and family trips. Manage household staff (e.g., nannies, housekeepers) by delegating tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Handle logistics for children's extracurricular activities, tutors, meal planning, school-related communications, and home routines. Project Management Take a key role in ad-hoc projects and initiatives, such as philanthropic efforts, new business ventures, event planning, property management, vendor acquisition, holiday planning, and corporate entity maintenance. On-the-Move Support Ability to perform job duties on the go, seamlessly transitioning between the office, home, and accompanying the CEO as needed throughout the day to provide real-time support and coordination.
