Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive by managing schedules, handling communications, and performing a variety of organizational tasks. The Executive Assistant ensures the efficient operation of day-to-day activities and supports both personal and professional responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts. Monitor and follow up on projects, tasks, and deadlines. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in productivity software, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and slideshows. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
