You'll work onsite, collaborate with a supportive team, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00
PM Type:
Temporary, with the potential to convert to permanent based on performance
Pay:
$34-$37 per hour Responsibilities Oversee complex calendar management, prioritizing requests and ensuring leaders are in the right place with the right prep materials. Handle domestic and some international travel coordination, including flights, hotels, cars, and communication with drivers. Provide direct support to the Executive team, including meeting coordination, lunch orders, dinner reservations, and general administrative support. Adapt quickly to changes and pivot as priorities shift. Track expenses and prepare expense reports. Manage incoming office mail by reviewing, scanning, and distributing to appropriate stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of experience providing direct support to Executives. Experience working in larger or highly structured organizations. Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred. Pay Details:
