Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with banking clients, technology partners, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and executive briefing materials.
- Track action items, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups from executive meetings.
- Coordinate executive travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a key communication point between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential business, financial, client, and employee information with a high degree of discretion.
- Support preparation for client meetings, leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and business presentations.
- Maintain organized records, documents, contracts, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Assist executives with expense management, invoices, purchase orders, and administrative approvals.
- Coordinate with departments such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support.
- Monitor important business deadlines and proactively remind executives about pending actions.
- Support preparation of management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business updates.
- Assist with planning company events, leadership meetings, client visits, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage incoming communications and prioritize issues requiring executive attention.
- Perform research and gather information needed for executive decision-making.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments initiated by senior leadership. Salary Range
