JOB DESCRIPTION
High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support a senior People leader while helping maintain a highly collaborative and employee-focused office environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who enjoys balancing executive support, office operations, and human resources initiatives. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership and is ideal for someone with prior executive support experience who is interested in expanding their exposure to Human Resources. What You'll Do Executive Support Manage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas; capture notes and track action items as needed Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership Assist with special projects, reporting, research, and administrative initiatives Anticipate needs proactively and help ensure priorities are executed efficiently Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Office Management Support daily office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming work environment Coordinate office vendors, supplies, and workplace services Assist with reception and visitor experience as needed Help plan employee events, meetings, and company functions Maintain a professional and organized office atmosphere for employees and guests Human Resources Support Provide administrative and project support across various HR functions Maintain HR documentation, reports, trackers, and organizational records Assist with employee programs, initiatives, and special projects Partner with the HR team on ad hoc assignments and departmental priorities Culture & Environment High-trust, relationship-driven culture Collaborative team with strong employee retention and long-tenured staff Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and Human Resources professionals Professional yet approachable environment that values initiative and accountability Team-oriented culture where employees are empowered to make an impact Compensation & Benefits Salary between $65,000 and $75,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for professional growth and expanded HR exposure Stable organization with a strong employee-focused culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3-7 years of experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams Prior experience supporting Human Resources teams or exposure to HR functions strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently Ideal Candidate Enjoys building trusted relationships and serving as a reliable partner to leadership Interested in growing their Human Resources knowledge and experience Thrives in environments that value collaboration, accountability, and long-term employee success Takes ownership of responsibilities and consistently looks for ways to improve processes and support the team
