This is not a typical administrative role. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, solve problems independently, and help keep daily operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling Coordinate projects, deadlines, and business initiatives Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Support office operations and administrative functions Assist with marketing, events, and community outreach Handle client communications with professionalism and discretion Maintain organized records and documentation Support leadership with operational and special projects Qualifications 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative, Office Management, or Operations experience Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a demanding environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Medical spa, healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury service experience preferred What We're Looking For Self-starter with strong attention to detail Highly organized and proactive Ability to handle confidential information Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts on products and services Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and professional team environment If you're motivated, organized, and ready to make a direct impact in a growing luxury medical spa, we'd love to hear from you.
