Job Description
Job Summary A dynamic CEO overseeing multiple businesses and a busy household is looking for a highly organized, fast-thinking professional ready to operate across both business and personal environments with confidence and discretion. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside a founder and gain true behind-the-scenes exposure to high-level decision-making and execution. This role will support multiple business lines including a supplement & skincare company, a micro-school, home, family and personal life. Think all inclusive
RIGHT HAND
man...or woman! Responsibilities This is not a basic admin role. You will sit in on business meetings, vendor calls, and school tours. You'll take notes, track action items, manage communications, handle scheduling, and help move projects forward. You'll also assist with home logistics, errands, bills, organization, and coordinating vendors.BONUS:
Dog lovers only. You will actively help care for her pets and must be comfortable staying overnight in the home while she travels to maintain their routine and care. We understand this may not be ideal for everyone. Strong preference for candidates with prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or supporting a high-level leader.You must be:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive (no hand-holding required)
- An excellent writer and communicator
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Comfortable shifting between business and personal environments This role offers rare behind-the-scenes exposure to how a CEO runs multiple operations, ideal for someone who wants real responsibility and growth.
