Job Description

Executive Assistant | Right Hand to the Founder WeDeepen Austin, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract $23 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Community relationship building Full Job Description WeDeepen | Austin, Texas (Required)
Compensation:
$23 per hour, approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunities for increased responsibility, compensation, and a transition into a retainer or full-time role.
Start Date:
Immediate Schedule:
Flexible and on call. You'll be available to support Christina as needs come up throughout the week, including some evening community sessions and occasional weekend events. Build Something That Matters WeDeepen is shining light on a new industry: the love and relationship industry. Since 2019, WeDeepen has become a trusted place where high-performing people come to master one of life's most important skills: building healthy, meaningful relationships. Through immersive experiences, expert coaching, and a thriving membership community, we're redefining what it means to intentionally study love. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build WeDeepen and the love movement from the inside. This isn't a traditional assistant role. You'll be the right hand to founder Christina Weber, helping her protect her time and energy, stay organized, and focus on the highest-impact work. It's a chance to become one of the key operators behind a fast-growing startup, and to grow your responsibilities as trust is built. If you naturally create order from chaos, love making someone else's work easier, and want to grow with a mission-driven company, we'd love to meet you. Who Thrives Here You're someone people naturally rely on. You notice details others miss. You anticipate what someone needs before they ask, and you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running. You love checking things off a list, and you take pride in closing every loop. You don't wait to be told what needs doing. You look around, identify the next priority, and move. You enjoy technology and instinctively look for ways AI and automation can make work smarter without losing authenticity. You remain calm under pressure, communicate thoughtfully, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Most importantly, you're excited by the mission. You believe relationships matter, you're comfortable around conversations about intimacy, love, and personal growth, and you want your work to contribute to something meaningful. This Role Is Probably a Great Fit If You...
  • Love being organized and love supporting people.
  • Enjoy wearing multiple hats and thrive where every day looks different.
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for direction.
  • Welcome feedback and adapt quickly.
  • Can balance warmth with exceptional organization. This Role Probably Isn't For You If You...
  • Prefer highly structured corporate environments or need detailed instructions before starting.
  • Dislike evenings or occasional weekend events.
  • Feel overwhelmed by changing priorities, or want a predictable, repetitive job.
  • Prefer to work independently rather than in close partnership with a leader.
What You'll Own Supporting Christina Day to Day This is the heart of the role. You'll manage Christina's calendar and inbox, schedule meetings, prepare her for calls, and track the follow-ups and action items that come out of every conversation. You'll coordinate with partners, faculty, and vendors, organize documents and projects, and help with travel, errands, and whatever else helps her stay focused. As trust grows, you'll become someone Christina relies on to anticipate needs, make decisions in her absence, and keep commitments from slipping through the cracks. Keeping the Business Moving You'll help the team stay on track by keeping projects, deadlines, and notes organized, improving processes, and building simple systems and AI workflows that make work smarter. You'll be a connector between Christina and the rest of the team, making sure the right people have what they need. Growing Into More As you grow into the role, you'll take on more ownership across the business. That includes supporting our Love Club community, such as welcoming members, sending member communications, and keeping our community calendar up to date. It also includes helping with events, such as coordinating logistics and attendee communications and being on site to help things run smoothly. These responsibilities grow with you over time. Your foundation is being an exceptional assistant and partner to Christina. We value a "no task is beneath me" mentality. Some days you'll help prepare for an important partner meeting. Other days you may pick up supplies, organize a project, or solve an unexpected problem. That's startup life. What Success Looks Like After 90 Days By your first three months:
  • Christina's calendar, inbox, and follow-ups run smoothly with you at the helm.
  • Christina has handed off recurring tasks to you and trusts you to keep them moving.
  • You've built or improved at least one system or AI workflow that saves the team time.
  • You've begun supporting our community and events alongside your core work.
  • You take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
Experience & Qualifications We're looking for someone with a strong professional foundation and a track record of taking ownership. Preferred experience includes executive or administrative assistance, operations, project management, community or event support, or working in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment. You should be comfortable learning new technology quickly and ideally have experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Circle, WhatsApp, Claude, Canva, or similar software. Why This Role Is Different You'll work directly alongside the founder of a rapidly growing company, helping shape the systems, experiences, and relationships that power WeDeepen. You'll build meaningful relationships with world-class relationship experts, coaches, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. You'll gain hands-on experience in startup operations, executive support, AI, partnerships, community building, events, marketing, and business growth, far beyond the scope of a typical assistant role. Your work will directly help Christina lead, and directly impact our members' lives and the growth of WeDeepen. If you're looking for a place to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and grow alongside a mission-driven company, you'll thrive here. What We Value
  • Relationships come first.
  • Take ownership.
  • Stay curious and keep learning.
  • Do the little things exceptionally well.
  • Be resourceful.
  • No task is beneath you when we're building something meaningful together.
