On-Site Job Description A well-established, growing multi-entity packaging and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support leadership and assist with day-to-day operations across a small, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative support, light accounting, and customer interaction, and takes pride in being a reliable, go-to resource. This individual will work closely with the Owner and internal team while also supporting a small sister company, playing a key role in keeping operations organized, responsive, and running efficiently. Salary +
Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Owner and assist with day-to-day office coordination. Support a small sister company with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Process invoices, expense reports, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks. Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Coordinate internal and external communications, including with international partners. Help maintain organization across documents, processes, and office operations. Support light scheduling and administrative needs for leadership. Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) 3-5+ years of experience within a mixture of administrative, accounting support, or customer service roles Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and adaptable with a team-oriented approach Strong job stability and commitment in previous roles Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
