Job Description

Executive Assistant Our client, a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to serving adults with disabilities, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO. Their mission has been rooted in faith, providing a place of belonging, meaningful work, and genuine purpose. They are looking for a polished professional with strong executive support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This person should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to interact confidently with executives, board members, donors, staff, and community members. A strong alignment with the organization's mission and values is extremely important in this role. They are seeking someone who is service-minded, relational, and passionate about supporting the mission of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and board materials Coordinating Board of Directors logistics and communications Recording meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items Supporting special events, donor activities, and organizational initiatives Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Assisting with process improvements and administrative efficiencies Utilizing technology and AI tools to enhance productivity and executive operations Anticipating leadership needs and proactively managing priorities and deadlines
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership Bachelor's degree preferred Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with SharePoint or similar systems preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Experience in nonprofit, ministry, healthcare, or mission-driven environments strongly preferred Comfortable learning and utilizing emerging technologies and AI tools This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level Executive Assistant who enjoys serving others, building relationships, and supporting leadership within a purpose driven organization.
