Position Description:
Looking for a role where your organization and communication skills make a real impact? Join our team as an Executive Assistant and play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly. In this position, you'll support facility leadership, manage critical administrative workflows, and help ensure day-to-day operations stay organized, efficient, and compliant. What You'll Do Support facility leadership with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining files, typing correspondence, and managing general office operations Track records and maintain databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date information Take, transcribe, and maintain meeting minutes, agendas, and other important documentation Manage calendars and schedule appointments for assigned leadership and management teams Coordinate projects and workflows with executive management Receive, sort, and route mail and correspondence efficiently Assist with office supply purchasing, event planning, and coordination Use independent judgment to support key administrative decisions and priorities May supervise or support other administrative staff as needed Adhere to all company, client, and accreditation compliance requirements What We're Looking For Education High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Experience Minimum of two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required) Licenses/Certifications Completion of any client-mandated certifications and/or training (required) Why Join Us?
