Support preparation for Executive Leadership Team meetings, business reviews, Board-related discussions, and other high-profile meetings as needed. Track key action items, decisions, commitments, and deadlines to help ensure follow-through across the Operations organization. Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, field leadership, vendors, and external partners. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, and competing priorities and proactively resolve issues. Coordinate leadership events, meetings, conferences, and other special programs. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Support special projects and ad hoc business needs on behalf of the COO. What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably at the C-suite level. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. Remain calm and solution-focused when schedules or priorities change. Take ownership and drive follow-through without needing constant direction. Build strong relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
