Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high-level administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations while ensuring seamless communication across all levels.
Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee complex calendar schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately planned. Coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and distributing action items. Arrange domestic travel plans, managing itineraries and booking accommodations with precision. Manage email inboxes, prioritizing messages and responding promptly to maintain smooth communication. Create and refine presentations and reports, ensuring they are thorough and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of five years of experience in an executive assistant supporting C-Suite level professionals Proficiency in calendar management tools and techniques. Strong skills in organizing domestic travel arrangements, including experience with systems like Concur Travel. Proven ability to prepare and deliver board presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in inbox management, including sorting, responding, and organizing emails.
