Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and company events Prepare emails, reports, presentations, and other documents Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and communication on behalf of executives Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries Maintain confidential files and sensitive information Assist with invoicing, data entry, and office administration Communicate with clients, vendors, and employees professionally Support HR, accounting, or operations departments as needed Track projects and follow up on deadlines and action items
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management or executive leadership.
